In the Add languages window, click to select the language you wish to add, and then click the Open or Add button.In the Language window, click Add a language.In the Control Panel window, under Clock, Language and Region, click Add a language.NOTES: Because the Control Panel is a traditional Windows Desktop application, if you were not already there, the interface will change to the Desktop and the Control Panel window will open. Press the Windows Logo + X key combination on the keyboard and, from the list, click Control Panel.If the language you want is not preinstalled, you can easily download and install that language pack. The operating system has several languages already preinstalled allowing you to read and type in those languages.
